Key Stage 2 Progress Measures 2015 – 2016:
A positive score means pupils, on average, do better at KS2 than those with similar prior attainment nationally.
A negative score means pupils, on average, do worse at KS2 than those with similar prior attainment nationally.
Average Scaled Scores:
A pupil’s scaled score is based upon their raw score which is the total number of marks a pupil scores in a test. Raw scores are converted into a scaled score to ensure accurate comparisons of pupil performance over time. A scaled score of 100 will always represent the expected standard. Pupils scoring 100 or more will have met the expected standard on the test.
