Admissions to Southwark Primary School are processed by the Local Authority as part of the Local Authority Coordinated Admissions Scheme. The Admissions link below will open the Nottingham City Council Primary Admissions page where you will find guidance about application dates and access to online application forms for school places. Applications can also be made via post or over the phone.
Details of application dates & offer dates are published when they become available each year. These can be found on the Nottingham City council website admissions pages https://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/schooladmissions
If you would like to make an in-year admission to move or change schools, please contact the Nottingham City Council admissions team at any point in the year. If we do not have a school place in the year you have applied for, we will add your details to a waiting list managed in accordance with our admissions policy and admissions criteria.
If you would like to appeal against a decision relating to admissions, please scroll down the page for further information on making an appeal.
If your child currently attends a school outside of Nottingham City it may operate a different pattern of education. Please see their website or contact the school for further information.

Please click here to complete a nursery application form. We will also require a copy of your child’s birth certificate (full one if possible) for us to photocopy. Your child will then be added to the waiting list. Places can be allocated from their 3rd birthday depending on availability. Part time (15 hours) and full time places are available. Full time (30 hours) can be used with the government funding or you can also 'top up' by paying for the additional 15 hours yourself. For more information, please call the school office who will be happy to help you.
