Changes to new dinner ordering App

Dear Parents & Carers,

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO SCHOOL DINNER ORDERING FROM JANUARY 15th

AIP (our catering providers) are making some changes to our school dinner ordering system. These changes will make paying and ordering dinners easier for parents and allow you to order meals well in advance, change and cancel orders until 9:15am each day, and switch between dinners and sandwiches more regularly.

Please read the following points carefully. I have also attached a PDF with all the information you need.

- Parents/carers will need to download the App 'School Food United'. You will need to register your details. School dinners will not be able to be ordered using Scopay.
- All dinners will need to be paid for prior to ordering each day before 9:15am. Parents will be able to pay and order meals at least half a term in advance. (Children entitled to FSM or all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who have universal FSM, do not have to pay but will still need to order.)
- Children will no longer be able to order a school dinner at school as we do currently. This needs to be done by parents using the App prior to arriving at school. This will save a lot of lost learning time in school each day.

We will be starting this from January 15th. Up until this point, we will continue to use Scopay for ordering and paying for dinners. At the point of moving over, we will transfer any credit from Scopay.
