Christmas Events & Attendance & Punctuality

We are absolutely delighted that we have been able to hold our Nursery 'Christmas Crackers' and Reception Christmas Nativities this year! Thank you for parents/carers understanding and support for our Covid-19 safety measures.

We had fantastic Christingle services yesterday at Queensbury Baptist Church. It was great to celebrate this event after missing out on it for the past two years. We were very impressed with the behaviour of the children and how incredible the school choir sounded! It isn't Christmas until we've been to our Southwark Christingle services or taken part in a Nativity or Christmas Cracker!

- Thursday, 16th December (am) - Enrichment morning

- Thursday, 16th December (pm) - Christmas Parties. (Your child can wear a Christmas jumper to school. All other clothing must be school uniform. There will be no food at these parties - just Christmas fun and games!)

- Friday, 17th December - INSET DAY. No children in school.

- Tuesday 4th January - Children back in school for spring term.

We are still not where we need to be with attendance and punctuality as a school. It is vital that your children are in school, on time, everyday. We will be having a huge push with this in January so please make sure you are doing everything you can to ensure that your child is in school every day and arrives on time. They should only not be in school if they are showing Covid-19 symptoms or are too unwell. Every moment missed of school has a serious impact on your child's learning.

Thank you.
