NOTTALONE WEBSITE
Are you or a family member struggling with mental health? The 'NOTTALONE' website provides information and support for young people’s mental health across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County.
NottAlone was created to help young people, parents and carers and professionals access the right mental health information and support for them.
I've attached some images from the website. You just need to click where I have circled and select who you are and then the relevant information will be loaded for you.

I hope you find this useful!
MEET OLLEE
Ollee is a digital friend for children aged 8-11 – created by Parent Zone and funded by BBC Children in Need’s A Million & Me initiative.
It helps them explore feelings around school, family, friends and the world – and share advice with a parent or trusted adult.
Children can tell Ollee how they’re feeling and it will give them ideas about what to do. If they’re not sure, Ollee will help them figure it out.
Together, parents and children can share Ollee’s advice and talk about feelings together through connected accounts.
