Parent / Carer Meetings

Good morning, everyone.

YEAR 1 - YEAR 6
I am writing to inform you that your child's first parent/carer meeting of this academic year is due to take place between the dates of 14th November and 25th November.

This two week 'window' allows you and your child's class teacher to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet and discuss your child's progress and development in school.

Please note that there may be time slots not available over these two weeks when teachers have other meetings or responsibilities.

We know from feedback that this system works better for parents/carers and teachers compared to having meetings on one or two nights.

Meetings will last for 5 minutes. If you wish to discuss anything for longer than this period, you can arrange this with your child's class teacher.

Your child's class teacher will be in contact by the end of this week to arrange a suitable time with you.

NURSERY & RECEPTION
If your child is in Nursery or Reception, their teacher will be in touch about your next focus meeting.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask your child's class teacher.
