Nottingham City Educational Psychology Service - Covid19 advice to parents

The Nottingham City Educational Psychology Service have put together some resources to support parents and children's mental health during the pandemic.

We know there remains a lot of uncertainty around the COVID-19 outbreak, particularly given that the situation is
constantly developing and so much of our normal everyday life has changed.

It is normal to feel worried, stressed and anxious when we are faced with uncertain situations, which mean we have
to change what we all do. Taking care of our mental health will help us all be healthier and better equipped to cope
with the situation we're having to face. This document provides some information to support you in doing this.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or you wish to discuss any worries.
