Remembrance Day 2017

Today, we reflected on the courage and bravery of the people who laid down their lives for us in WWI, WWII, as well as more recent conflicts so that we may live in peace.  Children across the whole school discussed what Armistice Day means and why it is important to remember its significance.

Reflecting on the courage shown by members of the armed services links directly with our Southwark Value for November which is COURAGE.
