Next week is Sugar Awareness Week. In school the children will have an opportunity to think about their own sugar intake and consider ways of reducing this by making healthy swaps. This also gives us a good opportunity to remind everyone of the importance of healthy eating including having healthy snacks such as fruit at break times, only having water rather than juice in bottles and having fewer high-sugar items in lunch boxes. Attached is some good ideas of what you can do at home to support this as well as a few videos and activities you can do together. Thank you for your on-going support.
